The most densely inhabited town in the county of Lancashire, Blackpool has been a settlement since the Palaeolithic era and some of its past residents include the Saxons and the Vikings.

The Blackpool housing market can be described as buoyant and is incredibly good value for money. The average cost for a home in the area stands at £124,334, with latest figures indicating a rise of 2.06% over the past twelve months.
Housing stock is plentiful with 1056 homes currently listed for sale within Blackpool itself and a further 830 for sale within three miles of the town centre.
