Things to do in Eastbourne
With over 500 square miles of countryside, including coastal and market towns, living in East Sussex means that you never have to go far to find something to keep you busy in your spare time.

Ashdown Forest is now one of the largest free public access spaces in the South East. It is a great place for walking and enjoying spectacular views and is known the world over as the ‘home’ of Winnie-the-Pooh.
Another popular green space, The South Downs Way, is a magnificent 100-mile trail that begins in Eastbourne and extends all the way to Winchester. It is enjoyed by thousands each year.
